Therapy is an opportunity to to tap into all parts of yourself. I am passionate about supporting folks who are on journeys of queer identity exploration, have experienced relational trauma or abuse, folks struggling with relationship dynamics, those experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety, and are autistic and/or neurodiverse. Our work will involve deepening your relationship with yourself and others. |
Relationships
Being in relationship is an essential and beautiful part of being a human and can also evoke early attachment wounds to be re-examined and understood. I work with romantic partnerships (including poly and CNM relationships), families, and platonic companionships to uncover new ways of communicating and being in relationship with one another. |
Children and Adolescents
Childhood and adolescence are dynamic periods marked by significant growth and transformation. While young people possess incredible creativity and adaptability, they thrive best when supported by nurturing adults who guide their development. I offer therapy tailored to children and adolescents, employing a range of approaches based on their age and individual needs. My methods include child-centered play therapy and art therapy, creating a safe space for self-expression and exploration. |

Individuals: $200
Relationships: $225
I do have a limited number of sliding scale spots available on a case-by-case basis.
Insurance: My practice is an out-of-network provider. This means that while I do not accept insurance but I am happy to provide you with a superbill monthly that you may submit to your insurance for for reimbursement.
